Abstract Sweat analysis is a non-invasive, simple, and convenient means of disease detection, which extremely useful in human daily supervision. This work demonstrates the design nanosilica biosensor for sensitive, low-cost colorimetric sensing glucose pH sweat. The biosensing interface was prepared by chemical vapor deposition, surface modification, superwettable patterning, regions functionalization. substrate has high mechanical robustness stable enough as platform. Colorimetric tests enable direct naked-eye observation monitoring sweat indicators like without need electrical or optical apparatus. will greatly enhance convenience reduce costs. platform be made possible biosensor, also significant promise applications clinical detection multicomponent biosensing.
